Terms of Use
These terms govern your purchase and use of Spur for Cavalry. Last updated: September 12, 2026
1. Acceptance
By purchasing or using the software, you agree to these terms.
2. Service
The service is macOS software comprising a Cavalry plugin and a local MCP server that together enable a compatible MCP client to operate Cavalry. Features, compatibility, and delivery may change with notice.
3. License
A purchase grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Spur for Cavalry for personal or commercial creative work on up to two Macs at a time. License keys, activations, purchaser-only downloads, and the software itself may not be shared, redistributed, resold, or sublicensed.
4. Prohibited use
You may not violate law or third-party rights, misuse the service, bypass access controls, perform malicious automation, or reverse engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5. Price, payment, and refunds
The displayed price and final charge appear at checkout. Polar processes payments. Because this is a digital product, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after delivery begins, except where required by law or where a material defect applies.
6. Activation, updates, and availability
Use requires a valid Polar-issued license key and online validation when the MCP server starts. If the license service is temporarily unreachable after a successful validation, a signed offline receipt permits use for up to seven days. Refunded, revoked, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid licenses may be disabled without an offline grace fallback. We may provide updates for quality, security, or compatibility and may modify or discontinue the service due to maintenance, failures, legal requirements, or third-party changes.
7. Warranty and liability
We do not promise uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every Cavalry version. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profits. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Jurisdiction is determined under applicable law.
